• No bots or automated tools: All gameplay must be conducted manually.
• Anti-Fraud Policy: Any fraudulent activity, including multi-accounting or collusion, will lead to immediate suspension.
• Verification Process: Users must complete KYC verification for withdrawals to ensure fair play.

Game Rules & Participation

• Users can create their fantasy cricket teams based on real-life players.
• Points are awarded based on the real-time performance of players in actual matches.
• Contests are conducted fairly, and winnings are distributed based on leaderboard rankings.
• The final decision on points and rankings rests with Hockey Fantasy.

Payments & Withdrawals

• Deposits and withdrawals are processed via secure, PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways.
• Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification.
• Any disputes regarding transactions should be raised within 7 days of occurrence.
• Bonus credits (if applicable) cannot be withdrawn and can only be used within the platform.
